Report an Admin
Let's face it: Our quality control of the servers starts with our clients. We can't monitor abuse 24/7, so with your help we can greatly improve our services. Be sure to include the administrators name(s) and a rough date and time of the incident. If you can provide console snippets and/or demo files, that helps out a lot.

Report a Miscellaneous Act
Is a user on one of our servers abusing the rules constantly? What someone verbally assaulting you? What someone being explicit or racist? Let us know here along with the players name and date/time of the incident. We'll do our best to track the user, but demo files, screen shots, console segments, and Steam ID's greatly improve our chance on pinning the perpetrator.

Appeal a Ruling
Have you been banned from the server? Have you had your admin privelages revoked? Write up a defensive argument on why our punishments should be withdrawn and we will give you a fair appeal. The more clear, honest, and decisive you are in your argument, the better the chance you have. Most appeals are deferred to e-mail correspondence for investigative purposes. In America you deserve a fair trial, so we try to do the same here right on the internet.
